Access Kommetjie Tesla Boulder D from the parking lot on Rubbi road. Park near the church and walk left towards the obvious koppie on the trail that moves through the fire break behind the last row of houses. As you near the hill on this path you will see the first boulders. Boulder A is in the middle of the first line of boulders. Walk past Boulder A on a small path and through a small scree to the cliff line. This is a great spot for sunset.
