Access Fish Hoek Sand Dunes Hat Boulder from the Fish Hoek Sand Dunes. Park at the parking area opposite the sports fields on 21st Avenue. Walk through the sand dunes and up the hill on the other side where you will see two major paths. The Hat boulder will be on your right-hand side, potentially behind tall bushes. There are more boulders up and to the right of the Hat boulder with potential for bouldering.
